I need a function that returns $0$ if the given number is negative, and otherwise doesn't change the number.
When you do need to make manual adjustments, the exposed turrets provide precise 1/4 MOA per click impact point correction with a wide 50 MOA adjustment range on both the windage and elevation at 15 MOA per turret rotation. Each turret is lockable to prevent accidental movement with tool-less zero reset.
